This was flagged as spam, and it's not the most useful thing I've ever found on the internet, but it's relevant enough that I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, I don't have a team, and making money is not my #1 priority. I am more concerned about making something I will be proud of when it's done. If it takes a week to put together a page the way I want it to look, then it takes a week, and there is nothing I can do about it. If your team can't put out 3 pages a week, that's not much of a team. Even with a full time job many (including myself in the past) were able to produce pages consistently, sure, maybe not a page a day, but if you can't do at least 3 a week well then just consider it a side hobby, not a way to earn money, get your project completed then worry about the web stuff later.The FORMULA is for making money with your work. The killing means you're killing the momentum of this formula as a whole. That being to build regular readers and then sell books or merch to them. A lot of it is charcoal pencil, but then some of the details like the print on the cushions on this page are done with a sharpie, and there are also watercolors and pastels in some panels. I think of the style as "mannerist manga." The manga part is obvious. Rumiko Takahashi is one of my biggest artistic influences. And then something about the shading reminds me of mannerist paintings. I have an idea of where the story is going, but it is definitely taking a while to get there.
